Cancellation policy

Preorders
When you purchase a preorder, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment at checkout.
You can cancel a paid preorder before 12PM Central on the following Monday from purchase date. You will receive a full refund minus a 6% cancellation fee. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

Pre-Release Preorder

Preorders for pre-release items will have an estimated shipping time. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

Post Release Preorder

Preorders for post-release items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

Preorders with Other Items

Other items in same order will not be shipped until the preorder is shipped. A separate order will need to be placed if you do not want to wait.

Giveaways
