Cancellation policy

Preorders
When you purchase a preorder, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment at checkout.
You can cancel a preorder before 12PM Central on the date of the listing. You will receive a full refund minus a 6% cancellation fee. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

Preorders are expected to ship out 5-7 business days from listing date. You will be notified of any delays.

Preorders with Other Items

Other items in same order will not be shipped until the preorder is shipped. A separate order will need to be placed if you do not want to wait.

Giveaways
