Shipping policy

All non-preorders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Orders are expected to be delivered within 5 - 7 business days.

Preorders will be shipped by the estimated shipping date on the product page or, if not specified, within 5-7 business days. Other products in the same order will not be shipped until the preordered product is shipped. If you don't want to wait for the non-preorder items, then a separate order will need to be placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If you have any issues with your order, please email us at andres@thecardboardcosmos.com and we will try to resolve any problems.
