Refund policy

We will not accept returns or exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order, please email us with your order details at andres@thecardboardcosmos.com and we will do our best to fix any issues.

Cancellations/Refunds:

• Preorders can be cancelled before the following Monday from the purchase date
• Non-preorders can be cancelled before shipping
• All cancellations will have a 6% cancellation fee deducted from the refund
• Cancellation fee will cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the order was placed
